We are currently seeking a Construction Manager based in West Palm Beach, Florida, who can not only oversee projects but also contribute to business development.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of construction project management from planning to implementation.
2. Allocate resources for assigned projects.
3. Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
4. Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients.
5. Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
6. Develop and grow our construction business in South Florida through networking and relationship-building.
7. Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in construction management or other related fields.
2. Familiarity with construction management software.
3. Strong leadership qualities.
4. Strong negotiation skills.
5. Deadline and detail-oriented.
6. Knowledge of construction practices, contract administration, and project management.
7. Proven network in the South Florida construction industry.

Salary:
